Going over someone’s house is never a good idea

We’ve all been there, where you are getting to know someone online and you’re starting to like them, then boom, without warning, they ask ” Can I come over?”

What’s the problem?

The problem with them coming over without you actually meeting in person at a restaurant or in public. That is actually so dangerous. I don’t understand why guys be like ” Do you want to host?” They sound extra stupid. That sounds like a perfect time for a person to kill and rob you. Even if you don’t have a place to host someone, going to a hotel is a safer bet than a stranger’s house.

So I remember in my younger years, immediately when a guy would invite me over to their house I would go, without meeting them in public for the first date. As I grew older, I honestly realized how dangerous that was. As I moved into my apartment too, I realized how inviting someone I don’t know over is dangerous for my landlord and all the tenants of the building.

Since you don’t know them, you don’t know what type of person they are. They could be really really nice, but then end up as psychopaths or some crazy rapists or something. Also, people in their own houses can kill you at any time. I know where all my knives are. And other things that can hurt people XD.

So it’s just safer to meet in public for the first 3 or 4 times. Get a conversation going and figure out who the person is, before inviting them into your home.

In Conclusion

The last thing, I want to mention is that your home is your haven. You don’t want someone to ruin your safe space. Your home is your safe place to chill after work, watch movies and engage in hobbies. Its not some hosting space for guys to come over.
