The Halloween Horror Playlist is One Click Away!

It’s the spooky month of October and I’m gonna start the creepy Fridays posts for the month. I’m excited, I love Halloween!

But when I’m hiding out in my room writing a horror story, I listen to certain songs that got me scared. Especially when I’m writing about cannibals and people being locked in an attic. And murderers who choke people to death and feed their bodies to pigs!

Evanscence – Tourniquet

This song was literally all my middle school emo life. Not gonna lie. My favorite song out of this album was this song and not Bring Me to Life or My Immortal, which are the most popular ones.

Evanescence – Lithium

This song got creepy vibes, but the guitar got me banging. even this lyric video gives me the creeps. It’s like she is begging for her sanity or something. But I feel like the song is about a psych ward and being forced to take Lithium, which is a mood stabilizer used for bipolar.

SHK – Halloween Town

The beatmap for this in Cytus is really fast and crazy. It’s also literally called Halloween Party? There was no way I could have not included this song. In the beatmap of the game, you have to trace the number 31 on your phone. That is a hard one to pull off.

ICE – Entrance

This song is about joining a cult. So why not? In Halloween movies, there is always someone joining a cult. The song also be off the wall with sixteenth notes. I don’t even want to see the sheet music, to be honest. That’s scary. The song also has 3 or 4 different parts, every time it switches a part, I think the person who is joining the cult is switching to different parts of their initiation. They getting hazed!

Ice Nine Kills – Its the End

This song got good drums and guitar riffs. And it was creative to make a song about the movie IT.

But me and the person who recommended this song don’t talk anymore, so bittersweet good song. It’s one of those songs I turn on every Halloween and wonder what happened to the person who recommended it to me.

Ice Nine Kills – Thank God it’s Friday

This song is about Friday the 13th. Scares the hell out of me because I haven’t seen this movie period. JASON!!!!! But I think this album had a good concept. They basically made an album by making songs about horror movies, can’t beat that. It also is Friday.

Breaking Benjamin – Dancing with Devils

This song is depressing with good guitar. It is about thinking about committing suicide, but the lyrics are good. Lyrics are fun to sing to and it gives me the creepy vibes. Big Halloween Check.

Greenday – Holiday

This is just the crazy song. Civil unrest. This song and Boulevard of Broken Dreams was the shit in 9th grade. But its super realistic which got me messed up. So sometimes I can’t listen to it. But it depicts unrest at the time of Halloween!

Arctic Monkey – Brianstorm

I always thought this song was Brainstorm, but it’s Brianstorm. Named after a weird dude that they didn’t know his name who came backstage. It feels like I’m running away from monsters in Scooby-Doo in the 2000s. The way it stops at the end for a second scares me and then all of sudden its back to being loud XD Feels like Scooby Doo music to me.

Mindfreak Song – Chris Angel

Another recommendation from the bois. I think this song was part of a magic show, so Halloween stuff all the way! I don’t know anything about it tho, it just got me hype. Look at that album cover.
